Tarteist Double Take Eyeliner ($24 CAD)
I used this one product alone for the better half of the year (and it’s still going strong!) so I can confidently say this is a ride or die 2017 product for me. This is a double ended product with matte black liquid liner and pencil on the other end. The liquid liner comes in a felt tip applicator that disperses just the right amount of product so you can control who thick your wing gets. The liner is also creamy enough to glide effortlessly on my upper waterline. The convenience of this is secondary to the actual product but it’s a really nice touch so i don’t have to separately reach for two products in the morning when every little bit counts!
Too Faced Better than Sex Mascara ($30 CAD)
Doesn’t matter how many mascaras I try, I always come back to this one. I find it doesn’t sacrifice volume for length giving me the best of both worlds with a nice black formula. I know I have hit mascara heaven when I have the option not to wear falsies and I happily always make that choice when wearing this.
Hourglass Arch Brow Sculpting Pencil ($40 CAD)
I have tried both the Benefit and Anastasia brow pencils but I always go back to the formula and application of the Hourglass brow pencil. It is the perfect mix between a wax and a pencil so I get the perfect amount of colour each time I use this. The triangle tip is also really nice to get a wide or controlled application depending on what part of the brow you’re on. I usually go in for an uber natural look to my brows and have found love with this pencil. It gives me the finish I need, the colour I want and a quality spooly on the other end to bring it all together.
