Although I was super late to the game, Annabelle (a Canadian drug store gem), has some stand out products, and their blush range ($7.95 CAD) is no exception. The colour Pronto really caught my eye. The blushes are soft to the touch and have a light-medium to buildable coverage. I’m not really a big blush person, I much prefer applying bronzer or a soft hue of colour to my cheeks. For me, most blushes are too pigmented or easy to overdo whereas this formula is pretty low maintenance. I go in once and lightly dust the colour over my cheecks to get that soft kiss of colour.
Pronto reminds me of MACs Gingerly. Although not an exact dupe, it’s from the same colour family: a brown/terracotta colour but this colour almost pulls a mauve to it (the pictures are accurate and can describe the shade far better than I can). The finish is sheen (no shimmer or sparkle). Needless to say, this blush is beauty swatched approved!
