ColourPop Pressed Powder Bronzer ($7 CAD each) come in six shades, and I purchased two in: Private Party and Afternoon Delight. With ColourPop, you have the option to purchase the pans individually or with a compact for $1 more.
Both bronzers have a very silky, soft and smooth texture to them. They are highly pigmented but rich at the same time so when you tap your brush off some pigment still adheres to brush and then deposits evenly on the skin.
Afternoon Delight could not be farther off from the description online if it tried. This literally looks like a yellow bronzer online when in real life it’s a matte warm brown shade. This bronzer applies much more opaque in one application with medium coverage and can be built up to full.
Private Party is a light medium almost reddish bronzer that has a golden sheen to it. When buffed out on the skin, the sheen gives my face a subtle glow vs. shimmer deposit. Where I used to be nervous of anything besides a matte bronzer, this one works really nice. Also, I wouldnt think having a slight reddish bronzer with a golden sheen would work, but it does with this. This bronzer is more prone to sheering out on the skin when blended so you’ll have to build this one up to get your desired intensity.
Overall these are nice bronzers but I just dont reach for them very often and they get lost in my collection. For those with a sufficient bronzer collection, these wont leave anything to be desired.
