The Kevyn Aucoin Neo-Bronzer ($82 CAD) in Siena is a highlighter, blush and bronzer laid out in one gradient powder. The packaging is true to Kevyn Aucoin components of having the maroon to black gradient and minimalistic packaging, all of which I am all for.
When I first got the powder, I was pleasantly surprised that it was a lot smaller than I had anticipated. The Kevyn Aucoin team managed to create a gradient where each shade is large enough to pick up on a brush without contaminating the other shades, yet small enough for easy storage.
Although marketed as a bronzer, I much prefer to use Siena as a blush. When combined, all three shades make a beautiful coral colour. Often times, corals are too bright and vibrant whereas the Neo Bronzer allows you to pick up the right amount of brown to neutralize the coral and cream to lighten it up making Siena is the perfect everyday coral.
On my olive skin, corals are often the most flattering blushes and this is among my favorites. All three shades have a sheen to them, with the off white highlight having the strongest sheen to the coral and brown having less.
While the Kevyn Aucoin The Neo-Bronzer in Siena is an extremely expensive blush, you get a lot of product vs. a typical blush, you can control the lightness/darkness of the shade and it really lasts all day. The quality and shade is there for me and I havent been able to put this down since buying it. I’m a huge fan!
