Makeup Revolution Matte 2 Eyeshadow Palette ($7 USD): is (finally) an original Makeup Revolution product! This is an all matte eyeshadow palette, which is a great best friend to any other shimmer palette you may own. The first four shades are too similar when applied onto the eye but the remaining ones give a nice variety of mauve, browns and greys. The shadows apply quite lighly but are easily buildable on the eyes. The pans are annoying (too thin and long) to get product evenly distributed on a brush but I get used to it after a while. For the price, quality and colours this is beauty swatched approved.
Iconic 2 Redemption Eyeshadow Palette ($7 USD) is Makeup Revolution’s dupe of the Urban Decay Naked 2 Palette. For the price, this is an amazing alternative for the Naked 2 Palette and I use them both interchangeably. The shades need to be built up but have decent intensity upon first application. The shape of the eyeshadow pans are annoyingly thin and long so its hard to get product evenly distributed on a big fluffy brush. The price is unbeatable and although I hate the idea of ripping someone else’s idea off, the size of the pans are really my only gripe with this palette so this is beauty swatched approved.
