Yves Saint Laurent Le Teint Encre de Peau B30 Beige

Yves Saint Laurent Le Teint Encre de Peau: B30 Beige

The YSL Saint Laurent Le Teint Encre de Peau foundation is in my top 5 Holy Grail foundations for normal to combination skin. This is one of the longest lasting foundations I own (on me, it lasted perfectly at 8 hours, started to barely look worn at 10 hours and oily at 13! I’ve never had a foundation hold up this well on me).  The foundation is medium coverage that looks stunningly natural.

Note, I have normal to slightly oily skin. I got some of my friends who have oiler skin types to try this out and it looked stunning upon application but throughout the day this almost literally slid right off. So I wouldn’t recommend this for oily skin types unless you want to add a mattifying primer underneath then target the areas you would like to glow with a highlighter.

The consistency is quite thin and serum feeling. The applicator looks like their lip products with a tear drop plastic wand with a hole in the middle (to hold product). Dont let the consistency fool you, this is a medium buildable coverage after one application. It conceals my discolouration and mild acne. The finish of this foundation is a beautifully natural demi-matte.

Needless to say, this is beauty swatched approved.
